Accordingly, the standing board requested Party committees and units to raise awareness on the importance of Party newspapers and magazines for grassroots-level units.

The number of publications ordered must be adequate, correctly targeted, purposeful, and avoid duplication or waste.

Special attention should be given to the following publications: Nhan Dan Newspaper, Sai Gon Giai Phong Newspaper, and the Communist Review.

The standing board encourages creative and locally appropriate methods to incorporate the reading of Party publications into Party activities and meetings.

In addition to subscribing to the Communist Review, the standing board recommends that units consider allocating additional funding towards the purchase and distribution of the Communist Review’s special issue on Party building.
