The tournament will begin with the first stage around Dien Bien Phu City in April, followed by the stages through the northwestern region, Son La, Hoa Binh and Hanoi. The traditional fifth stage will be laps around Hoan Kiem Lake in Hanoi, joining the Hanoi citizens in celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Capital's Liberation. After that, the teams will enter the stage stretching from Hanoi to Thanh Hoa.

The 11th stage is a race around Hue City through the two bridges of Truong Tien and Phu Xuan, spanning the romantic Huong (Perfume) River. The 15th stage will stretch to Tuy Hoa City (Phu Yen Province) with the destination of Nghinh Phong Tower Square.

Notably, the teams will pass through the peaceful and prosperous villages of the Mekong Delta to witness the strong development of this beautiful land.
