During the two-day event, the festival featured various activities, including the show of hot air balloons, water art programmes and sports activities.
From 6-9am and 3:30-5:30pm on January 22-23, 16 hot air balloons (including two large, two stationary and 12 small ones) were gliding through the sky over the city.
Meanwhile, the paragliding performances were held from 9:30-10:30am and 4:30-5:30pm. The art programme, themed “"Impressive night", at 7pm on January 22, was the highlight of the festival.
Notably, a yacht parade and water sports activity, on the Saigon River, was held yesterday from 4:45pm to 6:30pm. On the occasion, a photo contest for the hot air balloons, yachts and water sports festival, opened to all people.

In addition, a wide variety of activities, such as sack racing, lucky games and quizzes for spring, attracted a large number of visitors.
The Hot Air Balloon, Yacht and Water Sports Festival, aimed to diversify Ho Chi Minh City’s tourism products, thereby affirming the image of a safe, attractive and dynamic destination, on the tourism map of Vietnam and the world.
