On the evening of November 1, the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports organised the Hanoi Public Arts Festival to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Hanoi Liberation at the Ba Kieu Temple flower garden (Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi).

The festival was launched in March 2024 and has received enthusiastic responses from districts, towns and cities.

Based on the evaluation results of the preliminary round jury, the Organizing Committee selected 12 units with excellent quality programs to participate in the Final Round.

During the Final Round night, the teams of 12 districts and towns in the city brought many outstanding performances to the public.

At the end of the Final Round night, the organising committee presented two A prizes to the teams: Tay Ho District and Thanh Tri District.

Ten B prizes, some C prizes, consolation prizes and thematic prizes were also awarded.

The festival aims to promote and educate the thousand-year-old history of Thang Long-Hanoi's culture and heroic tradition, and the glorious revolutionary struggle tradition of the Party Committee, government, armed forces and people of the capital.

Thereby, it arouses pride, solidarity and unity in building and developing the "Cultured - Civilized - Modern" capital in the process of integration and development.

The festival is an opportunity for localities to meet, exchange, learn, create opportunities to promote traditional cultural values, and at the same time, create new and diverse cultural products, meeting the creative and enjoyment needs of the public.
