Impressive “Made in Moscow” stand at Vietnam Expo 2024

Manufacturers from Moscow are showcasing their products at the 33rd International Trade Fair Vietnam Expo 2024. The Made in Moscow stand has brought together 14 companies from various industries and is open to visitors all three days of the trade fair at the Hanoi International Exhibition Centre (ICE) in Hanoi from April 3-6.

In his opening remarks at the event, Chief Representative of the Russian Trade Office in Vietnam Viacheslav Kharinov expressed his delight at the opportunity to showcase "Made in Moscow" products at Vietnam Expo 2024.

He emphasised that the 33rd Vietnam International Trade Fair would be an opportunity for businesses from both sides to learn about each other, thereby opening up great opportunities for both parties.

Stating that Vietnam is an extremely potential market for businesses in the Russian Federation in general, and Moscow in particular, Victoria Gorshkova, a representative of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture in Vietnam, expressed confidence that through this event, Russian businesses would find strategic partners in the near future.

“Moscow is the leader in export deliveries among all the Russian regions. Vietnam is a crucial market for the business of Moscow, and the Moscow Export Center has been deploying a wide range of tools to strengthen business ties with the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. With facilitation of the Moscow Export Center, 100+ businesses have already taken part in negotiations with partners from Vietnam, and opening of the Made in Moscow stand at Vietnam Expo has marked yet another milestone in this direction. Moreover, representatives of Moscow business in other countries help search for proper contacts, personally support the deal and accelerate the export path for Moscow companies,” stressed Vitaly Stepanov, CEO of Moscow Export Center (MEC).

The Moscow Export Center is a development organisation established by the Moscow government to promote products of local companies to the world. MEC implements over 30 different support measures, including organizing collective booths at major foreign exhibitions under the common brand Made in Moscow.

Many exhibitors of the Moscow stand are sophisticated exporters and are renowned far beyond Russia. Thus, the sales geography of NDT equipment by Intron Plus LLC covers nearly all the continents and encompasses China, USA, India, Indonesia, Peru, South Korea, the UAE, the UK, Finland, Namibia, Brazil, Türkiye, Thailand, Malaysia, Serbia, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Sin-gapore, Venezuela. The global demand for confectionery products by Confectionery factory Pobeda LLC is likewise impressive – these are familiar to consumers in such countries as Yemen, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Iran, Israel, Bulgaria, USA, Germany, China, Philippines, Cuba, and the CIS.

The Made in Moscow stand offers display areas by manufacturers of equipment and electronics – personal protective equipment from NPK Pozhkhimzashchita LLC, laboratory and medi-cal equipment by Inpren LLC, solutions from biotechnology company Algimed Techno LLC, relay protection and automation systems Tekvel LLC for electric power industry facilities.

SPUTNIX LLC, the private space company of JSC Sytronics, presents in Hanoi the mock-up models of 3U CubeSat AIS and Orbicraft 3D, the nanosatellite kit.

"The trade fair visitors are able to get acquainted with a mock-up model of spacecraft for AIS – the system for automatic identification of vessels, determining their dimensions, course, and other data. AIS is particularly relevant for security of private yachts and small craft, but is also used in other types of transport (railway, road, freight, etc.) in the regions where ground communication is absent or hampered," says Vladislav Ivanenko, CEO of the company. "One more of our solutions will be of interest to employees of the educational system - OrbiCraft kit helps school, college and university students to study the basics of programming and design, practise spacecraft assembly."

Via Vietnam Expo exhibition the company intends to get new partnerships. As of now, the manufacturer of nanosatellites, mission control centers and software developer has been exporting its products to Belarus, Malaysia, Nigeria, Montenegro, and Kazakhstan.

Cloud4Y provider, one more company at the stand, has since 2015 been supplying its infrastructural and software cloud solutions for business digitalization into the CIS states and MENA countries, as well as to Türkiye and the EU.

"We have been expanding our company's footprint on oversees markets and would like to evaluate the investment appeal of Vietnam for construction of a new process site that would offer cloud services in the country," says Maria Alekseeva, Marketing Director of the company.

I am confident that Vietnam Expo will help us find potential customers, partners, investors, and coinvestors."

The multi-industry exhibition in Hanoi also offers cosmetic products from Moscow companies. For instance, Leistern JSC, the manufacturer of injectable cosmetic preparations and profes-sional care cosmeceutics is pleased to present its products here. Leistern high-efficiency innovative cosmetology complexes for face and body include biorevitalizers, revitalizers, recovering products, repairing agents that are based on DNA/PDRN, chemical peelings, lipolytics, as well as products for lifting and solving of trichological problems. And professional anti-age care cosmetics work to boost and extend the effect after injection therapy and to solve specific problems - like dark circles under the eyes, acne, couperosis, etc.

"More than 6,000 clinics, dermatologists and cosmetologists across Russian have partnered with us. For some 10 years, we have successfully been selling our products in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Belarus. And we discern steady interest for our products, both from the consumers and professionals of the beauty industry," said Andrey Smushkin, an export manager at the company.

"We are now engaged in the talks about deliveries to Qatar, Jordan, the UAE, Iran, and Kuwait. We are keen on the entire SEA market, and particularly on Vietnam. At the Vietnam Expo 2024, we hope to get potential distributors of our products", he noted.
