On the morning of June 8, more than 102,000 students in Ha Noi finished the Math exam, the final exam, of the 10th - grade entrance exam for public non-specialized high schools.

Students take the Math exam. The exam time is 120 minutes. This is the first exam organised under the 2018 general education program, which emphasises the evaluation of learners' competencies and personal qualities. Young volunteers give fans to students’ parents waiting outside. As the exam neared its end, many parents gathered at the school gates to greet the candidates.
The first students leave the exam site with cheerful faces. Many confidently predicted they would score above 9 out of 10 in this year’s Math exam. The 2025 10th grade entrance exam of non-specialized public high school in Ha Noi has just ended. On June 9, candidates applying to the specialised school will take the specialised subject exam.
It is expected that tomorrow, June 9, the multiple-choice test marking will be carried out until June 22. Meanwhile, the essay test marking will take place from June 11. On July 4, the Ha Noi Department of Education and Training will review the benchmark scores. The test scores and benchmark scores will be announced between July 4 - 6.
