A high-ranking delegation of the Party and State of Viet Nam, led by Politburo member and Permanent Member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Tran Cam Tu, paid tribute to Xaysomphone Phomvihane, Politburo member and President of the Lao National Assembly, and signed the condolence book in his memory in Vientiane on August 12.
