After four days of urgent and serious working sessions conducted with a high sense of responsibility, the 12th Party Congress of Viet Nam People's Army (VPA) for the 2025–2030 tenure successfully completed its entire agenda. On the morning of October 2 in Ha Noi, Party General Secretary To Lam, Secretary of the Central Military Commission, attended and delivered the closing speech. Also in attendance was President Luong Cuong.
