At the inspection, General Phan Van Giang listened to representatives of agencies and units report on the results of the preparation work for each assigned task. Through the actual inspection, the minister acknowledged the sense of responsibility and efforts of agencies and units in preparing all aspects of work, and at the same time emphasised the need to continue to carefully review, ensuring the organisation of the Congress is thoughtful, scientific, solemn, and absolutely safe.
General Phan Van Giang requested the Congress Organisation and Service Subcommittee and relevant agencies to closely coordinate and seriously implement the Central Military Commission’s plan on organising the 12th Congress of the Army Party Committee; and the Congress Organisation and Service Subcommittee’s plan on ensuring and serving the Congress.
Agencies and units need to focus on completing all aspects of preparation work on schedule as well as ensuring synchronisation, quality, and efficiency.
Along with that, functional forces need to increase patrols and guarding, ensuring absolute safety in key areas and targets. Agencies and units must develop specific plans, adequately prepare the technical conditions for means of transport and equipment for the Congress; and maintain close coordination with local forces to promptly handle any arising situations.
Concluding the inspection, General Phan Van Giang requested agencies and units to focus on completing and redecorating the hall area to be more beautiful and solemn; coordinate well in decoration and communication work;and at the same time, urgently review and complete all assigned security and service tasks with the highest quality, contributing significantly to the success of the 12th Military Party Congress.
