[In Pictures] Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh speaks at Virtual Summit on Climate Action

On the evening of April 23, in Hanoi, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended and delivered remarks at the Virtual Summit on Climate Action. The summit was held in preparation for the 30th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP30), which will take place in Belem, Brazil, at the end of this year. United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva co-chaired the summit.
