Global gold prices reversed course and rose sharply to 4,393 USD per ounce on September 18 as the US dollar weakened, crude oil prices fell sharply and Treasury yields cooled. In the domestic market, SJC gold bar and ring prices both increased, with selling prices reaching 147.6 million VND per tael and 147.1 million VND per tael, respectively.
