This year’s tournament draws the participation of four domestic teams including LienVietPostBank,VTV Binh Dien – Long An, VietinBank and Vietsovpetro, along with four foreign teams including Thailand, Srilanka and Shandong and Sichuan from China.
The participants are being divided into two groups and compete in a round robin tournament. The top four teams will play in the semi-finals to select the final champions.
The winner of the final match expects to receive a trophy and US$15,000 while the runners-up and third and fourth place teams are being awarded US$10,000, US$6,000, US$2,000, respectively.
