Congratulating Hai on his new position, Vice President Thinh said that as a competent official in leadership and management, he has been assigned to many important roles at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, including the presidency of the Vietnam Football Federation.
In October 2020, Hai was appointed to serve as Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Office in charge of legal and foreign affairs. Since January 2021, he has been holding the position of Secretary of the Presidential Office’s Party Committee.
In his working positions, Hai has implemented all assignments well and won a high level of trust and applause from fellow officials and Party members, the Vice President said.
She voiced her belief that in his capacity as Chairman of the Presidential Office, Hai will contribute to building a pure and strong Party committee, improving the quality and efficiency of the office’s affairs, and effectively fulfilling research and advisory tasks to serve the activities of both President and Vice President in the 15th tenure of the National Assembly.
For his part, Hai expressed his honour to be appointed to the chairmanship of the Presidential Office, pledging to continue improving himself and exerting his utmost efforts to complete all tasks assigned him.
Announcing a decision on the dismissal of Dao Viet Trung from the chairmanship of the Presidential Office, Vice President Thinh recognised and applauded his significant contributions to the Party and State as a whole, and to the Presidential Office in particular.
