During the working session, Nguyen Phi Long, Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee, informed attendees about the socio-economic situation of the province.
He also expressed his deep gratitude to the delegation for visiting and continuing to promote the cooperative relationship between Hoa Binh Province and TUV Province as well as with Mongolia in general.
At the same time, he affirmed that the relationship between Vietnam and Mongolia is growing increasingly good.
For Hoa Binh Province, in 2018, implementing the memorandum of understanding on development cooperation between Hoa Binh Province and TUV, the province directed relevant agencies to strengthen coordination based on their functions and tasks to deploy and organise implementation.
Accordingly, the two provinces have carried out cultural exchanges, delegation exchanges, and shared operational experiences.
On behalf of the Party Committee, Government, and people of all ethnic groups in Hoa Binh Province, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Phi Long also sent congratulations to the leaders of Mongolia, TUV Province, and the Ambassador on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

Jigjee Sereejav exchanged information on the activities of Vietnam and Mongolia in recent times to establish a comprehensive partnership. At the same time, he emphasised the particularly deep impressions in the cooperative relationship with Hoa Binh Province after each visit and work.
Jigjee Sereejav expressed his hope that Hoa Binh Province would continue to pay attention to, research, coordinate, and connect in a number of advantageous fields such as agriculture, education, health, culture; as well as propagate and promote each other's history, customs, culture, and arts to develop the tourism industry of the two provinces.
At the same time, he supported and participated in cultural days held in each country, as well as promoted to the people of the two provinces and the two countries about the event of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Mongolia and the events of the leaders of the two countries visiting each other in recent times.
He believed that the deep trust and cooperation between Vietnam and Mongolia would achieve many good results, in all fields, increasingly gaining depth, substance, effectiveness and comprehensiveness.
