In recent years, Vietnam has been considered a potential market for the "creative content" production industry, with many favourable factors. The topics announced by digital content creators on YouTube, Facebook and TikTok in Vietnam, have been constantly innovated, reflecting the vibrancy and richness of life. As a result, "creative content” on many digital platforms has become familiar to a large number of Vietnamese people.

In October 2022, TUBRR, a multi-channel network management system, established in the Czech Republic in 2012, was officially launched in Vietnam after 10 years of construction and development, in many European countries, with rich experience in supporting content creators, to exploit their potential and serve the community. As a strategic partner in the WOA ecosystem of Sconnect Vietnam, TUBRR is the first unit in Vietnam to own three content management system (CMS) platforms, including Affiliate CMS, Managed CMS and Music CMS, which bring comprehensive and flexible solutions for domestic and international partners.

After one year of operation in the Vietnamese market, the channel system managed by TUBRR has reached more than 1,000 channels, including some typical channels such as Singer Thu Minh, Tron Mama, Mother's Cuisine, Trung Ngon, Changmin Makeup, Wolfoo Spanish and Fairy Tales English. Speaking about the new direction for the 2024-2025 period, the Director of TUBRR for the Asia-Pacific region Nguyen Anh Tuan said, “We have been cooperating with trusted partners in the digital content industry to create a diverse and professional ecosystem, providing knowledge and the tools to support Vietnamese digital content creators, in developing their careers and reaching out globally”.

At the event, through the TUBRR Awards, a total of 11 categories were awarded to outstanding partners and content creators who have made important contributions in recent times. With the consistent message that “each creator is a precious diamond”, the presence of this multi-channel network management system has supported and spread many entertainment, educational, and lifestyle channels, that are healthy, valuable and can inspire the community, thereby contributing to repelling spontaneous, useless, and even toxic content in the digital environment.

On this occasion, TUBRR also signed cooperation agreements with new partners including DAO Entertainment, OTA Network and Phuot Luon. In particular, DAO Entertainment specialises in producing and distributing music products, with the participation of more than 1,500 artists, record labels and media units. Some young singers who are active in artistic activities and have a large number of fans, such as Amee, Hoang Dung, Vuong Anh Tu, Huong Ly and Orange, are the names that have cooperated with this unit.

Besides the music segment, TUBRR also cooperates with OTA Network, a specialised multi-channel network for game (video game) creators, to continue to explore a niche market, with great room for development. Phuot Luon, a travel community with more than 1.2 million members on the social network Facebook, has also become a strategic partner with TUBRR, with the expectation of creating a launch pad for content creators, in the field of tourism.
