Co-organised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Department of Culture and Sports of Ninh Binh Province, the programme featured the participation of representatives of the embassies of ASEAN countries and nearly 200 youth delegates from ASEAN countries living and working in Vietnam.

Speaking at the programme, Nguyen Manh Cuong, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ninh Binh Province, said that the programme aims to honour the unified cultural identity in diversity of ASEAN countries as well as introduce the image, land and people of Vietnam to ASEAN and international youths.
The event also aims contribute to educating the tradition of patriotism, national pride, and sense of responsibility for preserving and promoting the national cultural traditions of the young generation.
