The road costs 903 billion VND (37 million USD), funded by the state budget and Trung Nam Group.

Spanning a length of 14.8 kilometres, the road consists of two sections: one from the North-South Expressway to National Highway 1 and one from National Highway 1 to Ca Na Industrial Park.

The road features six lanes across a width of 21 metres, along with the 3-metre-wide median strip.

Scheduled for completion in 2025, the road is expected to boost economic development in the southern part of Ninh Thuan Province in such fields as energy, logistics, industry, tourism and high-tech agriculture.

The road will also expand the transport network between the areas in Ninh Thuan Province and between Ninh Thuan and neighbouring provinces.

The road is among several infrastructure projects in Ninh Thuan designed to promote the province’s socio-economic development during the 2021-2025 period.
