The event, co-hosted by the People’s Committees of Hanoi city and Ninh Thuan province, aimed to realise the two localities’ agreement in boosting culture and tourism cooperation.
Running through October 2, the event features art programmes showcasing the traditional art forms and musical instruments of Ninh Thuan province.
There is also a space displaying Ninh Thuan's tourism potential, cultural heritages, typical handicraft products and traditional crafts, such as Bau Truc pottery making and My Nghiep brocade weaving villages.
In addition, more than 50 booths were installed at the event to introduce One Commune, One Product (OCOP) products, tourist products, signature dishes and specialities of Ninh Thuan to Hanoians.
Located in the south-central region, Ninh Thuan is a coastal province with over 105 kilometres of coastline. It is home to many beautiful beaches and tourist attractions, such as Binh Son, Ninh Cu, Ca Na, and Binh Tien beaches, and Nui Chua and Phuoc Binh National Parks.
