On the occasion, the head of the Party Central Office asked Nghi Xuan District to build on its achievements and strive to become an exemplary rural district while promoting tourism and preserving cultural values.
He also called for bold measures to attract investment in such areas as manufacturing, urban development, commerce, tourism, and services.
