The Prime Minister assigned agencies to preside over the drafting of 16 documents detailing the Land Law under the authority of the Government, the Prime Minister, and the Minister, and submit them to the Government for promulgation and implement them according to their authority in May.
Specifically, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment shall preside and coordinate with relevant ministries and branches to develop and submit to the Government for promulgation six decrees; issue under its authority four circulars detailing the Land Law; at the same time, develop and implement a programme to disseminate and educate the Land Law; disseminate and propagate on portals, pages, and the National Database of legal documents.
The Ministry of Finance shall preside and coordinate the development and submission to the Government for promulgation of two decrees and promulgate one circular according to its authority; the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall preside over and coordinate the development and submission to the Government for promulgation of a decree; update and supplement the draft Decree amending and supplementing Decree No. 156/2018/ND-CP; the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs shall preside over and coordinate the development and submission to the Prime Minister for promulgation of a decision; the Ministry of Home Affairs shall issue a circular detailing the Land Law.
The Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries and branches to develop a project for the Government to submit to the National Assembly on piloting the implementation of commercial housing projects through acceptance of land use rights or have land use rights on other land; the Ministry of Planning and Investment was assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries and branches to develop a pilot Resolution on separating site clearance and resettlement from investment projects, submitted before March 10, 2024.
Radio The Voice of Vietnam, Vietnam Television, Vietnam News Agency, Nhan Dan Newspaper and other news and press agencies are responsible for propagating and disseminating the Land Law; open pages and sections to introduce important innovative contents of the Land Law.
