The event is for all journalists, reporters, collaborators and correspondents from press agencies in the country as well as the overseas Vietnamese and members of the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin (VAVA).
The press awards aim to mobilise writers and journalists to reflect the cruel chemical war; thereby calling on organisations and individuals in the country and abroad to help AO victims.
Each participant can send a maximum of three entries in the form of printed and online newspaper articles, which must be published between January 1, 2020 and March 30, 2021.
The organising board will present three A, five B, ten C and 40 consolation prizes to the most outstanding contributions. The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the AO disaster in Vietnam (August 10, 2021).
