This activity aims to promote the consumption of OCOP products, expand distribution channels for Quang Ninh’s agricultural products, and bring OCOP products and Quang Ninh’s agricultural products closer to consumers in the capital city.
To date, Quang Ninh has 393 OCOP products rated from 3 to 5 stars. Of these, 296 products are rated three stars, 93 are rated four stars, and four are rated five stars. The province has 218 producers with products rated 3 to 5 stars.
The products displayed and on sale at the exhibition area are representative agricultural products from Quang Ninh, with clear origins, including peanut worm sauce, peanut worm salt, peanut worm seasoning and seafood. Many of these products have been certified as 4-star OCOP products.
Speaking at the ceremony, Nguyen The Hue, Chairman of Quang Ninh Tourism Association, stated: “The fact that businesses proactively introduce their products to consumers is one of the most effective methods, helping consumers easily access quality products with clear origins while making it easier for businesses to distribute and promote their products.”
