Vietnamese students win four medals at IOI 2014

Nhan Dan Online – According to the Ministry of Education and Training, all four Vietnamese students competing at the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI 2014) in Taiwan (China) brought home medals.

Silver medals went to Nguyen Quang Dung, a 12th grader of a Hanoi-based gifted high school, and Ngo Hoang Anh Phuc, a 12th grader at the gifted high school under the University of Natural Science (Hanoi-based National University).

The two bronze medallists were Do Xuan Viet, a 12th grader, and Nguyen Tien Trung Kien, an 11th grader, both from the gifted high school under the University of Natural Science.

The Vietnamese delegation attending the IOI 2014 is scheduled to arrive in Hanoi on July 20.
