Coach Park Hang-seo relieves the pressure on the players with gentle and relaxing recovery exercises and tries to create the most positive energy source for the whole team.

The team's training session on the afternoon of December 8 took place at Hougang Stadium. This is the only training ground for the Vietnamese team during the journey at the AFF Cup 2020. With four days left to prepare for the match against Malaysia, Coach Park Hang-seo is in no hurry to increase the volume of exercise and has not given a lesson plan to practice more deeply in tactics.

The Korean coach continued to incorporate fun games in the warm-up, both to help the players relieve stress and to create a source of positive energy and optimism for the students.

Although facing a match that is forecasted to be more difficult than the opening match, coach Park Hang-seo's coaches and students are still showing a confident and comfortable spirit.

On December 9, the team moves to practice in the morning so that on the afternoon of the same day, Coach Park Hang-seo and his assistants will go to the field to watch the match between Malaysia and Laos, followed by Indonesia and Cambodia.

The favourable match schedule also contributes to helping the Vietnamese team prepare more proactively against rivals in the same group.
