On the evening of December 1, after fierce matches in the group stage, quarterfinals and semi-finals, two finals in the women's and men’s team events took place at the Quang Nam Provincial Gymnasium.
Confronting Long Hai-Hai Duong team in the women’s team event, Ho Chi Minh City showed off their strength of the defending champions with a clear advantage. Ho Chi Minh City quickly defeated Long Hai-Hai Duong 3-0 to win the title.

Previously, in the semi-finals for this team, Long Hai-Hai Duong beat the Police team 3-2; Ho Chi Minh City defeated Hanoi T&T 3-0. Therefore, the bronze medals went to the Police team and Hanoi T&T, respectively.
Meanwhile, Long Hai-Hai Duong 1 edged Hanoi T&T 1 3-2, to successfully defend the championship title in the men's team event.
