State President to attend 32nd APEC Economic Leaders' Week in RoK

State President Luong Cuong will lead a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to attend the 32nd Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders’ Week and conduct bilateral activities in the Republic of Korea from October 29 to November 1.
