At the meeting, the two sides agreed that, in the new context, the implementation of cooperation initiatives should focus on practical effectiveness through concrete activities and tangible outcomes.

International cooperation in legal and judicial affairs is of special importance amid deepening global integration, said Minister of Justice Hoang Thanh Tung, stressing that Viet Nam stands ready to work with partners to strengthen collaboration in lawmaking, legal training, dispute resolution, mutual legal assistance, combating transnational crime and implementing international treaties.
