The deal concretises cooperation in education outlined in the 2007 Viet Nam–Mozambique agreement on education and culture, while responding to the growing demand for deeper and more substantive collaboration. It is expected to contribute to fostering the two countries’ traditional friendship and multifaceted cooperation.
