The Ha Noi Municipal People’s Committee held a conference on March 31 to announce the 2025 Administrative Reform Index results as well as the Satisfaction Index of Public Administrative Services (SIPAS) for departments, department-equivalent agencies, and People’s Committees of communes and wards.
