Viet Nam and Belgium have agreed to further strengthen parliamentary cooperation and deepen bilateral relations as Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for National Defence, Security and Foreign Affairs Senior Lieutenant General Le Tan Toi paid a courtesy call on First Vice President of the Belgian Senate Andries Gryffroy on July 10 as part of his working trip to the European nation.
