Against the backdrop of a complex global geopolitical landscape marked by numerous challenges, including food crises and climate change, promoting international cooperation is considered key to strengthening countries’ capacity to overcome difficulties. Viet Nam and Africa in general, and Côte d’Ivoire in particular, have considerable room to enhance cooperation across various fields, especially economics and trade, promising to bring tangible benefits to their peoples.
