Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Finance Cao Anh Tuan and Cypriot Minister of Finance Makis Keravnos signed the Agreement on the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income between Viet Nam and Cyprus, on December 15.
