The Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress clearly sets out the goal of successfully achieving developing-country status with modern industry and upper-middle income by 2030, while also realising the vision of becoming a developed, high-income nation by 2045, building a peaceful, independent, democratic, strong, prosperous, civilised, and happy Viet Nam that steadily advances towards socialism.
