The national power grid has extended to many sea and island areas of An Giang Province thanks to the attention of the Party, the State and the power sector. These projects are not only energy “bridges” driving socio-economic development, but also symbols of the determination to safeguard sovereignty and the aspiration to modernise the country’s south-western maritime and island regions.
