Strengthening copyright enforcement in the digital environment is an important condition for developing an intellectual property market and unlocking resources for the cultural industries. Amid the increasingly rapid copying, dissemination, and transformation of content, there is a need to shift from responding to infringements to proactively protecting creative value.

On 18 July, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced the issuing of Government Decree No. 277/2026/ND-CP on digital cultural infrastructure. This marks a strategic turning point, laying the initial foundation for the development of digital cultural infrastructure and officially introducing many important elements for the development and state management of culture.

Once described as the “soul of the market”, advertising is now being exploited as a tool for spreading misinformation in the age of social media. Recognising and preventing false advertising has therefore become essential to maintaining a transparent and healthy online environment.
