General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam Central Committee and State President To Lam and President of the Republic of Korea (RoK) Lee Jae Myung on April 22 witnessed the exchange of a series of cooperation documents between the two countries' ministries and agencies following their talks.

Party General Secretary To Lam witnessed the signing and exchange of contracts and cooperation agreements in key sectors such as science and technology, digital transformation, aviation, and health care in Washington D.C on the afternoon of February 18 (local time).

Vietnamese Party General Secretary To Lam, and Party General Secretary and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith on December 1 witnessed the exchange of bilateral cooperation documents between the two countries' ministries, agencies and localities, following their talks the same day.
