September 1 and 2, the peak of the four-day holiday marking the 81st anniversary of National Day, are highly anticipated by people across the country. From the capital Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City to the highlands, coastal areas, and the nation’s border regions, each locality has chosen its own way to celebrate, coming together to create a vibrant picture stretching across the country’s three regions.

The 2026 Dak Lak Durian Festival will take place from August 15 to September 2, marking the province’s first durian festival held on a provincial scale.

On July 16, to mark the 205th anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of Peru, the Embassy of Peru in Viet Nam, in collaboration with JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City, held a reception to open a culinary festival titled “Peru: A Symphony of Flavours.”

The Viet Nam OCOP Festival 2025 will be held at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Ha Noi, from December 20 to December 23, 2025, under the theme “Viet Nam – Convergence and Diffusion”.

The 2023 Long An Open “Don Ca Tai Tu” (traditional musical art form of the south) Festival officially opened on February 6 in My Le Commune, Can Duoc District, Long An Province.

Thousands of people from across the country headed to Huong Pagoda Festival 2023, which officially opened in Hanoi’s My Duc District on January 27, the sixth day of the first lunar month.

The Vietnamese Family Partnership (VFP), in coordination with the Vietnamese Association in the UK (VAUK), hosted a traditional Tet ( Lunar New Year ) celebration for expatriates on January 15.
