Minister of Public Security Gen. Luong Tam Quang on October 25 underlined the importance of international cooperation in fighting cybercrime while meeting with foreign officials who are in Viet Nam to attend the signing ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime (Ha Noi Convention).

Executive Director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) Ghada Waly delivered remarks at the High-Level Conference on the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime in Ha Noi on October 25.

UNODC would continue close cooperation with Viet Nam to encourage more countries to ratify and effectively implement the convention.
