The Ministry of Construction, along with other ministries and agencies, must accelerate ongoing tasks while proposing ways to meet the political imperative of launching the North–South high-speed railway with optimal efficiency, said Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on September 7 evening chaired a high-level meeting with key ministries and agencies to review progress and accelerate the implementation of the Lao Cai – Ha Noi – Hai Phong railway project, during which he stressed the need for prompt completion of the project’s feasibility study.
