Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has issued directives requiring ministries, sectors, local authorities, and relevant units to mobilise all available resources and urgently implement key components to ensure the progress of Phase 1 of the Long Thanh International Airport project, with the goal of bringing the facility into fully synchronised operation in 2026.

Authorities have successfully connected the electrical system from the 110 kV transformer station at Long Thanh International Airport (Dong Nai Province) to the 22 kV receiving station, ensuring readiness to supply power to support the first technical flight on December 19.

Party General Secretary To Lam on November 13 visited and encouraged officials, engineers, and workers involved in the construction of the Long Thanh International Airport Project in Dong Nai Province. He also chaired a meeting to review the project’s implementation progress.
