A special plane carrying Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation and United Nations Secretary-Gerneral António Guterres arrived in Kuala Lumpur in the early hours of October 26 (local time) to attend the 47th ASEAN Summit and related meetings from October 25–28, 2025, at the invitation of Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.
