Viet Nam appoints first ambassador to present credentials to Micronesia’s President
According to information from the Embassy of Viet Nam in China, on January 9, Pham Thanh Binh, Vietnamese Ambassador to China and to the Federated States of Micronesia, presented his credentials to President of the Federated States of Micronesia Wesley W. Simina.
