The Ministry of Justice is drafting a revised Law on Access to Information and is seeking feedback from subjects, who are affected by the changes.

The Ministry of Justice on December 12 officially launched the national digital platform for civil judgment enforcement along with the intelligent operations centre for the civil judgment enforcement system, within a conference in Ha Noi to roll out tasks for civil and administrative judgment enforcement in 2026.

The Ministry of Justice, in collaboration with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), held a workshop in Ha Noi on September 29 to share experience in lawmaking and enforcement.
