The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of National Defence, and the Ministry of Public Security held a joint meeting on August 3 to strengthen coordination in implementing Vietnam's external relations, defence and security tasks.

A joint session of the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was held in Ha Noi on the morning of August 3, as part of the 33rd Diplomatic Conference. The event aimed to review the implementation of their coordination mechanism, assess emerging issues from practical experience, and discuss measures to further strengthen inter-agency cooperation.

National Assembly (NA) Chairman Tran Thanh Man on June 25 witnessed the signing ceremony of coordination regulations between the NA’s Committee for National Defence, Security and Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
