The ideology of serving the people was always highly valued by President Ho Chi Minh. This ideology originated from the very beginning of the nation’s founding, starting the arduous journey of building a truly state of the people, by the people, and for the people. Article 1 of the 1946 Constitution affirmed: “Viet Nam is a democratic republic. All power in the country belongs to the entire Vietnamese people, without distinction of race, gender, wealth, class, or religion.”

Party organizations in private enterprises are not intended to replace the management role of the Board of Directors or the leadership team, but rather to serve as a pillar of value, contributing to the formation of a foundation for sustainable development.
