Party chief’s spouse visits Vietnamese language classes in Russia
At the invitation of the Russian Government and the administration of Saint Petersburg, Ngo Phuong Ly, spouse of Party General Secretary To Lam, arrived in Moscow on July 22 to begin a series of cultural diplomacy activities marking the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Viet Nam and the Russian Federation.
