Launching the emulation movement, PM Chinh clearly stated that the overarching goal of the patriotic emulation movement for the 2026-2030 period is for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland; for the rapid and sustainable development of the country; and for the prosperous and happy lives of the people.

The 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress is set to convene in Ha Noi on December 26–27, drawing 198 guests and 2,025 official delegates organised into 105 delegations.

Throughout its nearly 80 years of establishment and development, the patriotic emulation movement has always been an important driving force, fostering the spirit of dedication, responsibility, and creativity among officials, civil servants, public employees, artists, coaches, and athletes across the cultural, sports, and tourism sector.

Patriotic emulation is one of the great, consistent ideas within Ho Chi Minh’s ideology — an idea of profound theoretical and practical value and a powerful driving force behind every victory of the Vietnamese revolution.

Timely recognition of outstanding achievements and contributions not only honours excellence but also fuels a renewed wave of patriotism and commitment as Viet Nam enters a new development era, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh stated at the 13th meeting of the Central Emulation and Commendation Council on August 8.
