On July 2, the Ministry of Public Security held a press conference in Ha Noi to announce the 2025 Expanded ASEAN Police and Security Forces Football Tournament, to be held from July 5 to 15. The event marks the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Viet Nam People's Public Security Forces (August 19, 1945 – August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the All People’s National Defence Day (August 19, 2005 – August 19, 2025).
