Speaking at a conference reviewing 18 months of implementing Politburo Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science and technology, innovation and digital transformation, General Secretary and President To Lam stressed that tasks can only be considered complete when they deliver operational products, verifiable data, actual users and measurable results. He called for a shift from task implementation to creating tangible products, results and value that contribute to double-digit growth.
