In recent years, numerous major directives and policies from the Party and State have affirmed a fundamental shift from a traditional development model to a sustainable one based on science, technology, innovation and digital transformation. Yet, for these to truly become the central drivers of economic growth, further measures are required to translate directives, policies and laws into practice.
